To choose to learn Reiki is to say ‘yes’ to the Universe that you are ready for a spiritual awakening. It is saying yes that you are ready to connect with your true self on a deeper level than you may have felt was possible. I am very happy you're considering stepping into Reiki!

What comes to mind when you hear the term Reiki? Perhaps it is hands on healing  or energy healing that Reiki Practitioners may advertise or offer. However, this practical application of Reiki for healing ourselves and others, is just one face of Reiki. Reiki is a Spiritual path of its own which draws upon the mysteries of nature, the universe, the human spirit, life force energy and ultimately, the discovery that we are all one.

Reiki is a Japanese healing system that promotes wellness across all four planes of healing. These being; the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual planes. This is why Reiki is known as a holistic system, because Reiki and the Reiki practitioner approach all beings as a whole system where mind, body and spirit are inextricably linked. This is where many Eastern approaches to healing differ from twentieth century allopathic Western approaches, with the latter looking to treat tangible symptoms of an ailment rather than looking to promote wellness across the four planes of healing.

I am currently holding courses which teach and attune to Reiki Level One,Two and Three. I teach this course in Brighton. I will be teaching from the two Reiki lineages. These are called Usui Reiki Ryoho  and Usui Shiki Ryoho. Incorporating both lineages into your practise will give you a comprehensive tool box of theories and practical Reiki techniques.

 

I whole heartedly believe that the best way to understand Reiki is to experience it yourself. You could read a thousand Reiki books, research online, watch online attunements, but this will not be an authentic experience of how Reiki feels for you, how it manifests as sensation in your physical body and energy body. For this reason, I teach Reiki Level 1 over an immersive yet relaxed weekend course (16 hours) instead of a single day.  You will connect with the Reiki energy, practise techniques such as breathing and meditations, and begin to learn to work with Reiki for yourself as path of self-development and eventually share Reiki with family and friends.

My Reiki trainings are taught in small groups of around 5 people. I have been both student and teacher of large and small group trainings, and feed back assures me that students benefit from the smaller group learning environment due to it's calmer nature. You also have more time to ask questions in a smaller group!

 

This course will be compliant with the Reiki Core Curriculum and National Occupational Standards. Some shorter courses do not meet with these requirements. Reiki Level One does not qualify you to share Reiki professionally.

 

Reiki Level One is an initiation. You will cross the threshold into a new relationship with the universe and your self.

No refund will be issued if cancelling your training with less than 14 days notice before the start date. If you have not paid your outstanding balance when cancelling with less than 14 days notice, you will be invoiced for the balance. The vendor reserves the right to pursue non-payment legally.

Should you start the training and leave during the course, no refund will be issued.
