Reiki Renge' is founded by Sarah Wheeler, a Usui Reiki Master/Teacher trained in both Western and Japanese Reiki Lineages. She is also a Yoga Teacher and Author.

Sarah offers Reiki appointments and Reiki courses in Brighton and Hove. Reiki appointments are held in a relaxed, therapy rooms called Grey Door Therapy Clinic.

Reiki is an exquisite energy healing system. The term Reiki can be translated from the Japanese words Rei and Ki as divinely guided life force energy. This energy is soothing, easy to receive and yet can yield powerful shifts and results for one's body and mind.

Reiki is a recognised complementary therapy. Reiki intelligently knows where to travel in the body to provide healing, no matter what a person may be experiencing day to day; whether it be physical pain, injury, illness, anxiety, trauma, low self esteem or depression.

Life can be tough. The last couple of years on planet Earth have been rough, OK, more like a sh*t show. On some level we all suffer. We are all in this thing called life, together. Reiki is a way to catch our breath,  bringing us home to  ourselves.
